Q: Typically how long will it take to receive my products?
Once an order is placed all products are dispatched within 1-3 business days. This is then subjected to your payment method clearing. Depending on your shipping method, delivery times may vary.
Standard Domestic : 2-5 business days after the piece is shipped out .
Please note that during Holiday Season Packages might take 1-2 Days longer than anticipated*
Q: Can you Ship Internationally ?

Q: How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email sent to you within 30 minutes after your order has been shipped.
Q: What if my order is lost or I still haven't received my order?
If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and you have not received your products, please email us info@knittedfriends.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: Can I change my order?
Yes, you have 30 minutes from the moment you place your order to make any changes. Orders cannot be changed after 30 minutes, as they have already been processed.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are subjected to approval. Please check out our return policy . Exchanges must be done within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

Q: How are your dolls/ rattles made?
Our crochet pieces are 100% handmade from sustainable and crafted with eco-friendly materials. The yarn used is 100% organic cotton with no harsh chemicals.
Q: What materials are your rattles made from?
Our rattles are made with 100% organic cotton and PP Cotton filling along with a beech wood ring. Our rattles and Pacifier holders are free of harmful chemicals like phthalates, BPA, and PVC, and are in compliance with U.S. Toy Standards. They do not contain any small plastics .
Q: How often do I Have to wash the Wood Part of the Rattle ?
Wood is naturally antimicrobial so it is not needed to be washed as often . Randomly you can clean it by mixing a small solution mix of water and vinegar to clean the handle on the rattle. Quickly wipe the rattle with the solution and wipe it dry. Do not give the Rattle right away to your child please allow a few minutes to let the piece air dry before doing so.
Q: How do I wash and take care of the Doll / Rattle?
It is highly recommended that you hand wash your rattles in order to extend their life and durability. We also do not recommend machine washing the dolls and rattles as it can cause damage to the pieces. Putting the Doll and Rattle into the washing machine can cause the yarn to unravel and can cause further damage to the piece. Remember our little friends are made of yarn and one stitching can cause them to come undone :(
Use mild soap to hand-wash the yarn portion of the teether and doll into cold water. Wipe the ring with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Please make sure not to leave the rattle in the water or submerge it for long periods of times as it cause further damages to the piece. If you have left your rattle submerged in water for a long period we recommend you throw out the piece and purchase a new one for the safety of your child.
Q: Do you offer a product guarantee ?
Products that have been received and used due to wear and tear overtime we cannot be held liable for. Since the products are essentially handmade with yarn any pulling of the Doll parts or pulling of the actual yarn material can cause the piece to unravel. Please note that these are keepsake items that might require simple restitching depending on how actively used the product is overtime.
If your product gets damaged during shipping please notify us within 24-72 hours so we can assist you.
Q: How are your products packaged?
We inspect and package all rattles before shipping. To minimize the amount of plastic used we put all our rattles and toys in commercial grade tissue paper along with the box it is shipped in. It is then wrapped and sealed with our sticker to prevent the piece actively moving around in the package. We try to limit the use of plastic in our pieces for the safety of your child. But our pacifier holder for hygiene purposes is sealed in a baggy.
